Fred Bartenstein & Associates, LLC works with a variety of client organizations – about 40 percent governments, 40 percent nonprofits, and 20 percent businesses. Although there are exceptions, we gravitate toward smaller systems (200 employees or less) and projects within 300 miles of Dayton. The firm assembles teams of subcontractors for large projects and when particular specialties are needed. A neutral process specialist can work in all environments, but Fred Bartenstein's prior reputation among governmental organizations, community foundations, and in the music industry has attracted numerous clients in those fields.
